Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI/ML, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build our internal innovation framework
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and ethical technology deployment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
