Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce scenario analyses for regulatory shifts, geopolitical volatility, and ethical AI adoption
- Partner with product teams to prototype futuristic solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, climate-positive systems)
- Present to investors and board members on long-term vision and innovation KPIs
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with our Ethics Advisory Board
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures through IPO or acquisition
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Management Review
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (CFP) preferred
