Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 10-year strategic scenarios and innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author proprietary research publications and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven trend analysis impact
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and systemic thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal megatrends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects
