Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-proof initiatives (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce visionary roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 transformation goals
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and opportunities in global markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation roles with proven 2020+ trend forecasting impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling

- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, Foresight Practitioner)
