Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework integrating AI-driven trend analysis with human-centric scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive opportunities across quantum computing, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Reports translating complex foresight data into executive-ready strategic recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement Future-Ready Audits to assess organizational preparedness for 2026 disruptions
- Champion innovation literacy through internal training programs and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional command of AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4 trend analysis, Palantir platforms)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press level)
- Deep understanding of 2026-relevant domains: AGI ethics, climate adaptation tech, and neuro-marketing
- Ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategy with measurable ROI
