As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate disruption opportunities. You'll leverage data-driven forecasting, scenario planning, and human-centered design principles to build actionable frameworks that turn future possibilities into competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, market, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation pipelines aligned with long-term vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future priorities
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through data modeling and scenario planning
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling and market research
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
