- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Author annual Future State reports influencing $50M+ investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record translating future trends into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or foresight publications
- Deep network of connections with VCs, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
