Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients anticipating disruption in their industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business plans
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advolve executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE preferred)
