Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence) to develop actionable 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into near-term product roadmaps
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and adaptability
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused global forums
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of successful trend analysis translating to market leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certified in foresight methodologies (e.g., from School of International Futures)
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite experience
- Portfolio of published future forecasts with measurable outcomes
