Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefs for industry leaders
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future readiness and adaptation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation business models
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations and published research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in future-focused domains
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global markets
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
