Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for enterprise risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author predictive whitepapers and executive briefings on future-of-work paradigms
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across R&D and product development
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for strategic investment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and trend impact analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
