Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of AI, climate tech, and sustainable business models
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
