Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive innovations with board-level impact
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate paradigm shifts in global markets
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological uncertainties
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven foresight methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing strategic investments
- Portfolio of published strategic frameworks or futurist publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
