- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating predictive modeling and scenario planning for 5-year horizon
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-focused priorities
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic adaptation to future disruptions
- Partner with innovation labs to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFS)
