Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and space exploration
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using bleeding-edge technologies
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for executive leadership and investors
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused organizations
- Mentor junior futurists and champion a culture of exponential innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with proven impact in tech or aerospace
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or space tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Strong data modeling and statistical forecasting skills
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech innovation forums
