Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports for executive audiences
- Advantage emerging markets and demographic shifts to identify first-mover opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-centric solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across AI, sustainable tech, and digital transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or Technology Strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and demographic influences on business
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
