Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen AI, biotech, and quantum computing adoption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and government partners
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work paradigms
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological disruption readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published research on exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable technology design preferred
