- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation acceleration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Author high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Build and mentor a dedicated futures intelligence team
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and futures research tools
- Strong network within technology and innovation ecosystems
