Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic research
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to align organizational capabilities with future demands
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
