- Monitor regulatory evolution (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt strategies
- Stakeholder engagement with policymakers, industry consortiums, and ethics boards
- Drive incident response protocols for ethical AI failures
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with 5+ years governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale neural networks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Proven track record developing ISO-compliant AI governance frameworks
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI ethics
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google's AI Practitioner, IBM's AI Ethics)
