Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops using predictive modeling and simulation tools
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through keynote presentations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Deloitte Tech Trends
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or corporate transformation projects
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Certification in scenario planning or systems dynamics (e.g., from WFS or ISCE)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
