Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation roadmapping
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent FutureHorizon at global futurist forums and conferences
- Build a proprietary foresight methodology for the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Foresight, Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/publications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Track record of influencing C-level strategy decisions
- Global network of futurist/tech thought leaders
