- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' identifying emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future market disruptions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into executive presentations and investor roadshows
- Drive R&D investments in emerging domains through data-driven trend analysis
- Publish monthly thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Published author of trend reports or peer-reviewed papers on technological disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Proven ability to translate abstract futures into executable business strategies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
