Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities and technological disruptions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with proven impact
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level influence
- Track record of launching at least two high-impact future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFAP) or similar credential
