- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight reports
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future market needs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders using compelling visual storytelling
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) for competitive advantage
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (blockchain, neurotech, climate AI)
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACFC, WFS) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Ability to translate complex concepts into executable business strategies
