- Develop scenario models for socio-technological convergence impacts
- Advocate ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Coordinate with UN Tech Envoy on global digital governance initiatives
- Architect patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 5+ years foresight consulting
- Published work in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society
- Expertise in predictive modeling with Python/R and simulation platforms
- Deep understanding of biotech, quantum, and climate convergence points
- Track record of implementing foresight into enterprise strategy
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
