Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, AI governance, and workforce transformation
- Produce strategic foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients on metaverse economics and biotech convergence
- Design innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present trend analysis at global forums including Davos and World Economic Summit
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning for Fortune 500 or governments
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s megatrends (Harvard/MIT/Bloomberg preferred)
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with policy design for emerging tech governance frameworks
