Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare the organization for future market shifts
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., from AC/SCF) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
