- Establish cross-industry research partnerships to identify emerging opportunities
- Deliver executive briefings on future risk analysis and growth vectors
- Drive adoption of AI-driven trend forecasting and predictive analytics
- Curate and maintain Horizon Dynamics' Future Intelligence database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR) preferred
