Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology, economic, and societal shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech or business foresight publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
