Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech/societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership on metaverse governance and AI ethics
- Partner with policy experts to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Design human-centered adoption frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofed initiatives
