Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2035 technology roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead quantum-bio-AI integration projects with $2M+ budgets
- Conduct annual futures forecasting workshops for Fortune 100 clients
- Author white papers on emerging regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage a portfolio of 15+ moonshot ventures in our incubation program
- Represent NextGen at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forums
- Champion ethical innovation through our AI Ethics Advisory Board
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience scaling exponential technologies from pilot to production
- Portfolio of 5+ successful 5-10 year technology predictions
- Security clearance eligibility (DoD/NASA partnerships)
