Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Author whitepapers on emerging paradigms (quantum computing adoption, neuro-interfaces)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, SXSW, and exclusive industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Scenarioplus)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
