Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate AI)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology convergence trends
- Proven track record scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Experience leading remote cross-cultural innovation teams across 3+ continents
