Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning innovation with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing quantum/AI/biotech convergence
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate resilience
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic labs and industry pioneers
- Author white papers on future-proofing organizational structures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling high-impact initiatives
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, KedgeWorks)
