Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strategic foresight scenarios for 5-10 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product innovation pipelines
- Build and curate an ecosystem of futurist experts, technologists, and thought leaders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight into all strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record developing foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
