Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to create predictive 2026 strategic frameworks
- Develop actionable scenarios for future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-vision priorities
- Author quarterly trend briefs and annual innovation roadmaps for executive review
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-vision frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic planning
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
