- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of next-gen solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate R&D
- Author thought leadership on tech ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in AI, IoT, or emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Strong data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging tech
