Responsibilities
- Define and drive the architectural vision for our next-generation AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in designing proprietary algorithms that outperform current industry standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and research teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the implementation of MLOps pipelines, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and optimization are seamless.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Research emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI, to integrate into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Experience leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models that drive measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is highly preferred.
