Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps incorporating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4.0 and metaverse ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR, holographic)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on climate tech and circular economy innovations
- Advocate for inclusive design principles in emerging technology adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or disruptive technology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Masters degree in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
