Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing neural interface hardware and adaptive software frameworks
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Research and implement advanced cryptography solutions for post-quantum security protocols
- Collaborate with futurists to map 10-year technology adoption curves and market readiness
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior architects in emerging tech methodologies and innovation sprint frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) on AI/quantum topics
- Proven track record of commercializing at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in neural network optimization, quantum algorithms, and distributed systems
- Strong background in ethical AI development and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience leading technical teams through enterprise-scale transformations
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
