Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and validate disruptive opportunities in AI ethics and biotech convergence
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies with projected 2026 commercialization
- Mentor junior futurists in trend-s methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation architecture with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in developing commercialization strategies for emerging tech
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
