Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Design governance protocols for generative AI deployment in high-stakes environments
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance across 2026 product launches
- Advocate for responsible innovation through stakeholder workshops and executive briefings
- Partner with legal teams to navigate emerging AI legislation and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics implementation
- Proven track record of designing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Strong knowledge of international AI regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with AI ethics toolchains (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
