Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-adjacent solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture labs
- Drive commercialization of emerging technologies through agile development cycles
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor ethical implications of breakthrough technologies and ensure responsible deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics/Biotechnology or related field
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10x+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for breakthrough technologies
