Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-era innovation roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech leadership
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, metaverse, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive product launches
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
