Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year innovation roadmap for post-2026 digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and assess their commercial viability for enterprise adoption
- Partner with academic institutions to incubate breakthrough research projects
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for future-facing technology implementation
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology fields
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to enterprise-level deployment
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and regulatory compliance
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term technology forecasting
