- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors to secure funding and executive buy-in
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and product designers in future-focused methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech deployment
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech with published research or patents
