- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Mentor junior innovators through FutureWorks' Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven product launches
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Studies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Strong network with Silicon Valley tech pioneers
