Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with global market trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI specialists, engineers, and strategists to prototype and scale next-gen solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) and their commercial applications
- Secure and allocate R&D budgets exceeding $5M for high-impact initiatives
- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing) and regulatory landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to global audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ industry-transforming initiatives launched in the past decade
