Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with societal needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience, quantum computing applications, and neuro-interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance, biotech regulation, and autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $50M innovation fund portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, futures research, or disruptive innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or climate tech
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on exponential technology adoption
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Exceptional stakeholder management across geopolitical and cultural boundaries
